Now that you have acquired a bunch of Velocity Reward points, you will need to know how to redeem them for the products or offers available. In order to redeem your points, you will need an internet connection to go to the Redeem page on the Velocity Rewards website where you will have the option to order or book your prize.

It is important that you know that taxes and surcharges are not covered by your rewards and you will need a credit card to make these payments. The monthly statement that you receive will keep you up to date on the points that you have earned as well as any credits that you have acquired on your account. Lost your statement? When redeeming points for a flight:

• Seat placement is dependent on your point status.
• There are a limited number of ‘rewards seats’, which need less points to redeem, per flight.
• ‘Any seat’ will require you to redeem more of your points, but there is no limit on the number of seats available a flight.

When redeeming points for a hotel room for those that accept Velocity Rewards:

• You must check with the hotel’s reservation line to check for availability of rooms.
• You will need to tell the reservations clerk that you are using points to pay for your time in the room.
• Once the room is reserved, go online to the Velocity website to order a certificate.
• The certificates are mailed, so place your order and make your reservation at least 14 days prior to your trip to ensure delivery of the certificate.
• Present the certificate when you check in to the hotel.

When redeeming points for cars:

• Services vary and are dependent on the service you are trying to use.
• To redeem your points for a limo, please call to make the reservation and then order the certificate on the Velocity Rewards webpage 14 days prior to your reservation.
• To redeem your points for Europcar, you will need to call Velocity to make a reservation.
• To redeem your points for Fiat, please make your arrangements through the Velocity Rewards website.

You can also redeem your points for items such as gifts or gift vouchers. Visit the Velocity Rewards website to ‘purchase’ your item or gift card. Visit the site often, as there are limited time offers available as well.
