The Bankwest Zero Gold MasterCard is an award winning gold standard credit card with a low interest rate of 0% p.a. for 6 months and a balance transfer rate which also applies for 4.99% p.a. plus there’s zero dollar annual fee.

Pros
You would expect a hefty annual fee for a gold credit card but there isn’t! And again, there’s very low interest rates on purchases for 0% p.a. and balance transfers for 4.99% p.a. – much lower than other gold credit cards. Cardholders get to benefit from the RewardMe program and you can get up to 3 additional cardholders at no extra cost. There’s also a few basic insurance products including international travel insurance which come free. You’ll also appreciate Bankwest’s easy to use Internet Banking to keep tabs on your transactions at anytime.

Cons
Once the promotional introductory periods on interest rates and balance transfers wear off the rates will go up to the higher normal rate. There’s also a restriction on who can apply as this offer is only available to new Bankwest credit card customers.
