I like the payWave feature for transactions under $100. I trust the brand.
The rewards seem OK. There is a lot of choice.
Customer service is good. I have no complaints. The interest-free period is 55 days, so that’s excellent!
I got this card as my first credit card. I wasn’t happy paying fees on it though, as it doesn’t offer the best rewards, like some others. So when I went to cancel, to get me to keep the card St George cancelled the fees, so it’s now the perfect card to use where only Visa is accepted.
It’s a good card to have in my wallet on standby when I am away overseas, in case i need to buy something special or need to get extra money to pay for items. It doubles as an ATM card for cash or as a credit card for paying for items while i am away.
I do not generrally like credit cards. However, I do not mind this credit card as it is linked to the other banking cards I have and, therefore, I do have less fees. I like the rewards program, and like to shop online to purchase items. It is easy to use.
This card is great if you pay it off each month. A terrific way to access a disciplined approach to credit. The website and mobile app are secure, comprehensive, and easy to use. It allows viewing of balances, transactions, and makes it easy to access everyday banking functions. Have used this credit card for many years with no problems or complaints. You can also link the card to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account to earn points.
I have had this card for about 4 years and the rewards are pretty good, particularly when travelling overseas. The big problem is when it doesn’t work. Their overzealous fraud team seems to block my card every month. I have never actually had a fraud carried out against this card.
Very pleased with my card. We are impressed with the service we have had from St George bank. Staff very professional and helpful either when dealing with them over the phone or at a branch. This is compared with some other banks we tried when moving here. We would not change.
Our card is a part of our home package where we have no fees at a low interest rate as well. We have never had any problems as the provider that we are with are always very helpful and provide us with excellent service with any problem we may have or they just generally call to make sure everything is fine.
